Software Developer Supervisor

What Will Be Your Responsibilities: • Overall responsibility for developing/maintaining a wide range of web based systems that help all aspects of the business streamline their workflows to make their roles easier and more efficient; • Assume responsibility for supervising the activity of a team of software developers; • Ensure that acquires and applies the required knowledge for the performance of the support activity; • Assist the implementation of new processes, analyze problems and identify enhancement opportunities; • Ensure that the activities carries out are performed with the minimum disruption to the Manufacturing operations; • Is expected to provide detailed proposals or presentations to the management; • Needs to lead by example, follow and encourage Company audit and security requirements; • Identifies training requirements for the team and works with the partners on necessary arrangements to put training in place.
